The committee has another question in relation to the minimum threshold for prohibiting and notifying land transfers— I would like to go back to the matter of thresholds, if I may. I have been waiting very patiently, as convener— I ask the panel to hold that thought.
The report relates to an investigation that ESS began in May 2022 into how well supported local authorities are in contributing to statutory national climate change targets.
I have a couple of questions, if I may. It was interesting to hear Paul Walton’s point about stoat control in Orkney, which will cost us £60 million by the time we get to the end of the project.
