We have provided advice and guidance to NHS boards on dealing effectively with bullying and harassment in the NHS in the form of the Preventing & Dealing with Bullying and Harassment in NHSScotland PIN Policy, which was published in November 2011.
That is really helpful. The area is very difficult to pin down. Are we saying that GPs need to be more skilled to be able to deal with those needs, or do they need access to those skills to be brought into their practices a bit more closely?
A commitment to co-design with people has always been implicit in the bill, and that makes it very difficult to pin down the exact financials. Does Richard McCallum want to add anything?
