I reiterate that, if there is something that we could be doing that the Scottish Government would like to see us doing, I would welcome having a conversation about it. To date, we have not had that conversation.
The business would set a key performance indicator to show what it was aiming for. It would set a date for a review and its data would be used for that—it would carry out good surveys to ensure that that data was good.
