Health, Social Care and Sport Committee consideration
The Health, Social Care and Sport Committee launched a call for evidence on the Bill which ran from 1 November 2024 to 20 December 2024. Respondents were invited to answer eight questions about the Bill (see Annexe B for further details).

It was particularly interested in learning about:
how policies might have been different without the Act
whether there would have been less focus on child poverty without the Act
whether the Act has served to ‘focus minds and resources’
