Article 42 States Parties undertake to make the principles and provisions of the Convention widely known, by appropriate and active means, to adults and children alike.
It seems that your electoral authorities have quite wide-ranging statutory powers to get into schools and so on. I was surprised that they would be able to get access to school roles, university lists and so on.

The principle fund for Local Authorities to develop Active Travel routes, including routes to schools, is the Active Travel Fund Infrastructure Fund (ATIF), in particular Tier 1 formerly known as Cycling Walking and Safe Routes.

In the 2022-23 academic year, football was the second most popular activity for girls within the Active Schools programme, with girls and young women making 379,944 visits to Active Schools football sessions.
I hope that we will see in Scotland a power that is already extended to localities and cities right across Europe, and which will enable our local authorities to getactive on the issue, if they want to use the power.
