As well as incorporating commitments around the real living wage, all public sector grants, funding and sponsorship have to be issued according to Fair Work First criteria and guidelines, and all public sector bodies and partners have to follow Fair Work practices whether they administer funding or act as employers.

The overarching aim of the study was to scope opinion on the idea of introducing a social integration strategy for all migrants arriving in and already living in Scotland, and its potential as an attracting/retaining factor.
