I wish to make a point about Police Scotland’s code of ethics and the fact that every constable now makes a solemn declaration, when appointed, that they will uphold fundamental human rights.
Many difficult and systemic challenges though remain, and as such we must all build on the momentum created by the Bill in order to deliver its vision for Scotland’s food system.
