I am not going into this with an expectation that we will be able to find a pub code that will satisfy absolutely everyone, because I recognise that there are strong views about the code.
In summary, these provisions require Scottish Ministers, before issuing a code of practice or revised code of practice, to consult any person to which the code of practice relates and such other persons as they consider appropriate.
