Financial transactions – Financial Transactions (FTs) are a form of capital funding provided to the Scottish Government since 2012-13, largely linked to UK housing-related loan and equity schemes such as Help to Buy. FTs can only be used to support loan or equity investment outside the public sector and must ultimately be repaid to HM Treasury.
