I do not know whether Tavish Scott is aware of this, but we have agreed in principle—exceptionally, because of the council's historical funding problems, which stretch back over many years—to allow the council to capitalise a significant element of its expected revenue costs, including those from equal pay compensation payments. That proposal is subject to the receipt of a detailed business case. We have been in touch with the council about the proposal over the past few weeks.
