It is the responsibility of Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities to address potentially unsafe cladding however as the current pilot was initially established as being tenure neutral, out of 28 assessments that are currently live, 7 at time of entry were registered as social landlords or housing associations.

The National e-Learning offer (a range of live, recorded and supported resources, funded by the Scottish Government and delivered in partnership with Education Scotland, ADES, the 6 regional improvement collaboratives, and EIS) continues to be delivered.
To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the commitment in its paper, A Culture Strategy for Scotland, in what ways it has supported the cultural workforce through its commitment to investigate a living wage for the cultural and creative workforce.
Work is underway now and the current timescale for development completion of the SEEMiS Early Years IT platform is Jan-Mar 2024. The actual system “go live” date is yet to be decided, with an options appraisal currently underway and scheduled for Project Review Board consideration over summer 2023.
Reform of the employee contribution structure in the NHS Pension Scheme (Scotland) was postponed from 1 April 2023 because of ongoing concerns about the cost of living pressures affecting NHS staff. We will shortly publish a revised consultation on proposals to reform the contribution structure with effect from 1 October 2023.
