Today, I am pleased to announce a further investment of £22 million in affordable housing through our charitable bond programme. Those bonds are issued to affordable housing providers, which then pay interest, which we invest directly in our affordable housing supply programme.
The work of the CMO Taskforce and its sub-groups is coordinated and managed by a team of dedicated Scottish Government staff. 17. To support this programme of work, the Scottish Government has committed £8.5 million over the period 2018 to 2021.
I know that anything that can be done to assist and support those who have been affected to come forward will be done to ensure that there is access to justice for all who may be affected.
Consequently, the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme (SIBSS), which was established in 2017, was set up to provide support and assistance for those people infected as a result of NHS treatment, as well as for their immediate family members.

By 2021, the Scottish Government will roll out three new programmes for disability assistance: disability assistance for children and young people, which will replace the disability living allowance for children; disability assistance for working-age people, which will replace personal independence payments; and disability assistance for older people, which will replace the attendance allowance.
