Promotion of the availability and use of online services to their patients is a matter for GP practices, with support provided by Health Board IT functions.
It is hoped that the Group will be able to consider the Royal College of General Practitioners' online course, and its appropriateness for Scotland, in the coming months.
Claire Baker: You are correct in your analysis of why VisitScotland is looking to close those centres and to put more investment into online services. Is it sufficiently funded to improve its current online offer, which could do with a bit of improvement and investment.
