Regarding the distribution of earnings, Scotland's gender pay gap was 12.0% in 2022 (up from 11.1% in 2021 but below the UK-wide figure of 14.9%) and the disability pay gap was 16.2% in 2019 (the latest year for which reliable data is available, due to a coding error by the ONS).
