The member is correct that the proposed reduction is 130—a very substantial number of employees indeed. The PACE initiative, which has the function of assisting those who are made redundant to find other opportunities, has already been alerted and advised, and the people at PACE are ready, willing and available to provide assistance to those employees, as they do to all other people in Scotland who find themselves facing the unpleasant threat of redundancy.

Review of procurement 10B Review of procurement (1) The Scottish Ministers must, before the expiry of the period of 12 months beginning 20 with the day of Royal Assent, carry out a review of procurement to determine whether changes could be made to better support the intentions of this Act.
