The Scottish Procurement Directorate has published guidance on pre-qualification processes which provides advice to procurement staff on the evaluation of a tenderer''s ability to perform the contract to the required quality.
In terms of Cervarix, the vaccine product used in Scotland, evidence from clinical trials has demonstrated that the vaccine provides protection against cervical infection and pre-cancer caused by oncogenic HPV types for at least six years.
As the majority of indicators are drawn from existing published sources, the publication date for the forthcoming update is pre-announced by the Government Statistical Service in Scotland.
