Purpose of the instrument
These Regulations aim to ensure a functioning system of controls on imports of live animals and products of animal origin, germinal products and animal by-products.
Renaming residence and contact orders (no provision in the Bill)
The types of court order which the court can make include a residence order, setting out where the child is to live. It can also make a contact order, setting out the arrangements for a child to have contact with a person he or she does not live with.
