To ask the Scottish Government what has changed since the publication of the How Safe Are Our Scottish Hospitals report in March 2025. Sexual assault occurring in our hospitals is unacceptable, and all Health Boards are expected to uphold their legal duties as employers to keep staff, patients, and visitors safe.
