We need to clarify the position.A code is necessary, and we could create a code under section 34 that would deal with horses and ragwort, which would have to be directed at horse owners and people who are responsible for those protected animals.

Although we were not dentists, we also had a cursory look at the state of the children's oral health and put the results of the medical inspection on the medical form as a four-digit code. Although we stopped universal health inspections in 1982, I can still remember code 521.0, which was the code for dental caries.
