To ask the Scottish Government on what date (a) the errors resulting in the exclusion of some women from the cervical screening programme were discovered and (b) a further review was commissioned.
Local authorities have been advised that they should prepare for the temporary exceptions to expire on that date. Our priority is to keep people safe so we extended these measures while the path of the pandemic remains uncertain, and we will keep the situation under review.
