Report on Police Scotland’s proposal to introduce the use of digital device triage systems (cyber kiosks) - Approaches to addressing issues around legal basis
The Sub-Committee asks the Scottish Police Authority to consider introducing a code of conduct for the use of cyber kiosks, and recommends that any such code should include a risk assessment of collateral intrusion and details of how to mitigate that risk.
