Paragraph 51 of the schedule provides that where a landholder has a right to buy, they may proceed to buy the land from the owner or any eligible creditor provided that the landholder gives notice to the owner or the creditor that they intend to buy the land.
That is a difficult one because, as consumers, we have all become accustomed to clicking a button to get next-daydelivery at no extra cost when we order goods.
