There are a lot of tourism businesses in my constituency, many of which do not have business bank accounts. They form one of a number of different groups that, as yet, have not been able to access support.

The Inter-Parliamentary Forum at its meeting on 28 October 2022, which was attended by the Convener, noted "the increasing concern across each of our legislatures and from independent commentators in relation to the scope of delegated powers in UK legislation related to EU exit.”
Withdrawal of instruments
Three instruments were withdrawn, of which two were re-laid in this period:
Social Security (Up-rating) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft);
Surrender of Offensive Weapons (Compensation) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft); and
Scottish Social Housing Charter: April 2022 (SG/2022/32) – (not re-laid as of yet)
Two instruments were withdrawn in the third quarter of the year.
