Delegated Powers Age of Criminal Responsibility Scotland Bill
It is expected that, subject to consultation, Scottish Ministers will use the power in section 122(4)(b) of the 2011 Act (as amended by section 40(9) of the Bill) to require that all advocacy workers providing advice and assistance at investigative interviews be legally qualified.
