All the petitions call for a moratorium to be placed on stock transfers until such time as the Scottish Parliament has addressed the concerns that have been raised about stock transfers.We have already passed similar petitions to the Social Inclusion, Housing and Voluntary Sector Committee, which is undertaking an investigation into stock transfer.
