Equalities and Human Rights Committee Annual Report 2017-18 - Brexit
In order to inform the Parliament's consideration of this legislation in relation to equalities and human rights, we undertook two oral evidence sessions on those specific aspects of the EU Legal Continuity Bill which relate to the EU Charter. On 8 March we took evidence from Dr Tobias Lock, Senior Lecturer in EU Law, University of Edinburgh and on 15 March we took oral evidence from the Minister Michael Russell and officials from the Scottish Government.
