Overall spending and the 2022-23 baseline
The Scottish Government presents its 2023-24 Budget against the baseline figures presented in the 2022-23 Budget and passed by the Parliament in February 2022.
(S5O-02089) I believe that the proposed bank closures and their replacement with mobile banking services will have serious implications for disabled people.
The promotion of employee ownership, worker co-operatives, social enterprises and supported businesses is now on face of the bill, including their promotion by the enterprise agencies and the Scottish National Investment Bank. Credit unions, mutual banks and building societies and municipal banks are also in the fabric of the bill, which is welcome.
