That can cause problems for that age group, who are usually in older middle age and may be balancing work and childcare with that caring responsibility.

It will simplify roll-out of the vaccination programme if it is possible to mix and match different vaccines and, more importantly, the mixing and matching may produce a greater clinical response, which is what we have been focusing on.
