To ask the First Minister what the Scottish Government’s response is to the report, Closing the Accountability Gap, published by National Autistic Society Scotland.
As I keep saying, although we all respect the independence of the judiciary, there is a difference between independence and accountability, and the judiciary should be accountable.
A question will emerge again, as it did in the previous session: if a member sits on or even convenes a parliamentary committee that holds to account the minister who appointed them to the role of parliamentary liaison officer, who is accountable to whom?
