To that end, the laying date is Monday 13 September with the regulations intended to come into effect on Wednesday 15 September, subject to Parliamentary approval.

The Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee would welcome detail of any discussions which took place with the Climate Change Committee prior to the decision to delay the draft Plan.
