On 12 April 2021 the UK Government referred four provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill to the Supreme Court.
Some notifications arise from a criminal conviction under schedule 3, as you described, but sexual risk orders are also civil orders. Is that right? Yes. For the purposes of the bill, we are looking at registration.
