If blended learning means that every pupil has to have online access provided for free and that the digital divide has to be closed, maybe we should have done that before now and should ensure that it is done in future.

The History in Curriculum for Excellence Group, established in 2008, informed the development of the excellent Scotland''s History online resource launched in October 2009 and resources on the new Higher History have been welcomed.
The new guidance is supported by a Learning and Teaching Scotland online resource which is designed to support schools in making learning in the outdoor environment a reality for all children and young people.
