Does the minister think that a police bottle-marking initiative, whereby police mark a certain code in invisible ink on bottles of alcohol, which has been trialled successfully by Lothian and Borders police, is a good way of trying to discover from where young people are getting alcohol and thus helping to tackle the underage drinking problem?
