Scotland Act 2016: Audit and Accountability Framework
The Committee continued to scrutinise the audit and accountability arrangements for bodies affected by the Scotland Act 2016.
I imagine that most tenants, in running their businesses, employ an accountant to ensure that their accounts are in order and take professional advice over other matters.
We know that the Tories released 10,000 prisoners early, without a hi or a bye to parliamentary accountability. We know that the Labour Party continued with that scheme until its current measures kicked in.
