Code of Conduct for MSPs - proposed revisions to implement the recommendations contained in the Joint Working Group's Report on Sexual Harassment and Sexist Behaviour - Background and consultation

The survey results indicated that while the majority of respondents (78%) had never experienced sexual harassment or sexist behaviour, a fifth had experienced such behaviour while working at the Parliament.
