To ask the Scottish Executive what the cost was, including staffing costs, of setting up the House Key online service. The House Key website was originally launched in May 2006 by the Elderly Accommodation Counsel, with the help of an £18,000 grant from the Scottish Government.
Applicants and agents may still submit proposals through the online applications system. Any applicant who has put forward a proposal will still have the opportunity to have their proposal considered in full at the next assessment round.

The standards are being implemented and an accreditation system is in place. An online toolkit is launched today which provides additional resources and sharing of good practice to support local delivery of the published standards.

Registers of Scotland maintain a public register where details of registrations, under the provisions of Part 2 of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003, can be checked online at http://rcil.ros.gov.uk. As at 30 October 2008, there are 975 valid registrations of tenant''s interests in acquiring land from their landlord.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) provides advice to the public on flood risk as part of its Floodline campaign, which is available online at: http://www.sepa.org.uk/publications/leaflets/flood/index.htm.

The problems have led to some users of the service being unable to log on to the Parliament network remotely, or even when logon was possible, users have experienced performance issues. An interim solution was brought online on Friday 7 March to alleviate the problems and it is expected that the final solution will be in place by Monday 17 March.
The full range of activities included advertising, marketing, mediarelations, PR, online, field marketing, sponsored editorial and broadcasting, sponsorships,events, and stakeholder/third party alliances.
In the interim, a number of such businesses have been quite innovative and have begun to deliver certain services online. Quite a lot of yoga and beauty therapy businesses, for example, are offering consultations online.
