Report of the visit by the Presiding Officer to the Houses of the Oireachtas
This was the first overseas visits by the Presiding Officer since being appointed in May 2021. 2. Purpose – The purpose of the visit was to discuss with the Ceann Comhairle of the Dáil Éireann and the Cathaoirleach of the Seanad Éireann along with TDs, Senators and officials a range of matters of interest to the Presiding Officer in her role.
