To ask the Scottish Executive how many people in Fife purchased a prescription pre-payment certificate in (a) 2004-05, (b) 2005-06, (c) 2006-07, (d) 2007-08 and have purchased one in 2008-09.
Two weeks ago, I announced our preliminary decision that pre-school children, pupils in primary 1 to 3 and a limited number of senior phase students who need access to school for essential practical work would return from Monday 22 February.
I will give my colleague Katie McGarvey a chance to come in to contradict me if she thinks otherwise, but I think that the police domestic abuse protection notice would override any pre-existing court order for the relatively short period of time for which it is in effect.
That is the position that we are in. Were they disbanded pre-Covid or during the Covid period, because of huge amounts of commitments for Scottish ministers and the civil service?
