The Committee also expressed concern about whether the targets for building affordable homes were conducive to building homes that met Scotland’s housing needs. The Committee will be continuing to explore this issue.

The national electricity framework covers circa 300 organisations across Scotland, covering all sectors – Local Government, Central Government, NHS, Universities and colleges.
To what extent is the additional resourcing and budgetary need of post-Brexit work being met by Scottish Government funding to the Scottish Police Authority/Police Scotland and COPFS?
I know that we are talking about areas that impact devolved decision-making powers in Scotland and areas of devolved policy. It will impact Scotland, not least because it is we who will be having to build border infrastructure in Scotland as a result of all this.
I note that the renewable and community energy budget line sees an increase of some £6 million, which, according to the Scottish Government, “reflects the on-going commitment to the marine sector through funding for WaveEnergyScotland”.
