We very much agree with what Pascal Kerneis said regarding the need for regulatory co-ordination between the EU and the UK to facilitate the cross-border provision of services.
I do not know whether the bill could fix that by providing a bit more continuity of funding and a bit more support for a more co-ordinated approach to community engagement, if that is appropriate.
The organisations, artists, community workers and volunteers are all out there; it is just about how to co-ordinate that. Is there a need for that consistency?
