To ask the Scottish Government what financial support has been provided by its agencies to establish (a) employee ownership and (b) community co-operatives in each of the last five years.
They estimate that these organisations employ approximately 118,000 people and that, of these, at least 3000 employees have benefited from an uplift in their wages as a result of accreditation.

Schedule 2, paragraph 13 gives the Scottish Ministers the power to provide GBR with financial assistance for the purpose of enabling it to carry out or assisting it with carrying out Scottish railway activities set out in an approved Scottish business plan.
Those observations aside, these are the correct criteria however these may not assist without application of the essential criteria of objectivity by the Parliament.
