I have that here, in the centre's paperwork. The centre is funded and feted by Government and drives through legislation, whereas we in the UK Men's Movement are called extremists.Some of us have crossed swords before and there is no personal or ideological love lost between us.

We should ask whether there has been a decrease in local authority provision in recent years and request an indication of whether local authorities are experiencing genuine difficulties in finding the resources to fund the upgrading of existing homes in order to meet the standards that are set out in the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001.

We hope that our petition will prompt the development of a more responsible attitude to the sale of alcohol, so that alcohol cannot be obtained too easily by people who should not drink and so that people who drink do so more responsibly and with greater awareness.
