Loss of biodiversity value would be especially concerning if the disease were to spread in native Caledonian pinewoods. The speed of change in the behaviour of this disease, coupled with uncertainties about the efficacy of some of the potential management options makes it very difficult to quantify economic impacts.
However, the benefit of QOCS will be lost to the pursuer if there is fraudulent or unreasonable behaviour, or any other behaviour that “amounts to an abuse of process.”

The Caledonian System (£3.5 million), which works with perpetrators to change behaviours, reduce reoffending and to improve the lives of women and children.
If we install smart meters that are prominently placed so that people know the implications of their behaviour on their personal finances as well as on carbon emissions, will we not create an industry that only measures the problem, rather than change behaviour?
