Review of Priorities for Crofting Law Reform

Of these it identifies 17 high priority propositions: Work should commence on the preparation of a simplified crofting code. To simplify Crofting Law, the term “crofter” should be re-defined to take account of everyone who is entitled to occupy a croft as a principal.
