inquiries appear to operate on what construction companies would understand as a ‘time-on-line’ contract, where the contractor is paid based on the time spent on the project and the cost of materials used.
I have raised the issue in the chamber so many times that I am fed up, but every time I get the same answer about when Government processes are complete.

With regards to the Brexit Freedoms Bill the UK Government stated in January 2022 that the efficient use of parliamentary time required a change to the mechanism for amending retained EU law given that many of these laws “are afforded the status of primary legislation for the purposes of amendment.”
