Otherwise, many people will feel that there is a distinct possibility that those children might continue to suffer from a lack of access to reasonable opportunities for play.It is not enough merely to provide football pitches and other formal sports areas; children like areas where they can simply play and do their own thing, informally and creatively.

The Mobile Homes Act 1983 sets out the rights of mobile home residents who own their home and rent a pitch from the site owner, and who live in the home as their main residence on a protected site, as defined in section 1(2) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968.
