All staff employed by the Enterprise Networks are required to adhere to a code of conduct which covers matters of political activity and conflicts of interest.

If information requested under the Code of Practice on Access to Scottish Executive Information fell under a statutory bar the public authority would be expected to detail which Act or regulation prevented its disclosure.
That matter should instead be covered under the revised code of conduct, and I remind members that the code of conduct is just as important as the members' interests order.
