To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will highlight in its road safety campaigns difficulties caused by diesel spills. The Scottish Executive provides funds to the Scottish Road Safety Campaign for the production of key road safety education initiatives and publicity campaigns.

The Safe from Harm initiative is part of a wider child safety awareness raising campaign being run by Fife Child Protection Committee. The Executive is part funding the campaign with Fife Council and the committee was awarded £20,000 in February 2001 under the "Make Our Communities Safer" Challenge Competition.
To ask the Scottish Executive what assistance is available to dental practices to enable them to meet infection control and new regulatory standards. Funding of infection control procedures are incorporated in the fee scale system where dentists receive payments for each item of service given on each patient.
Around £900 million of the total debt is apportioned to the Housing Revenue Account but in line with other councils Glasgow operates a consolidated loans fund and does not allocate individual loans to housing.
Students studying at further education colleges, including school leavers, who meet the means-test and residency regulations may be considered for bursary support from funds administered by individual colleges.

The Rehabilitation Technology Information Service (ReTIS), jointly funded by NHS boards, was established to provide a national information service in the field of Rehabilitation Technology (this includes the wheelchair and seating service).
