Digital assets in Scots law - Consultation proposals on the definition of digital assets
Following the ERG's recommendation, the Scottish Government considers that the definition should be “technologically neutral” and “not … too prescriptive”, so that a Bill is not “quickly superseded by advances in technology”.1Scottish Government.
