It has been brought to my attention that eight football teams in Penicuik, involving 140 boys, are very short of funding to support payments for use of pitches and payments to referees. Will the cabinet secretary ask in discussions with Lothian and Borders Police whether those clubs can access funding from police funding or from the proceeds of crime?
